Our preventive maintenance agreements typically cover instructing your people in the proper use and maintenance of your scales, testing your scales for accuracy and making adjustments required to comply with NIST standards, furnishing certified test weights and providing full written documentation of conditions found and corrections made.

Additionally, we can tailor our service programs to your particular needs. So if you need custom single- or multiple-scale performance analyses, detailed calibration reports, or even long-term tracking of scale performance for ISO compliance, we're ready to do it your way.

At Precision, we’re the only scale company in the area to meet the stringent standards specified by ISO/IEC for the calibration, installation, service, and repair of weighing devices, weighing systems, balances and force measurement devices. If your business requires ISO/IEC 17025, this means there’s a convenient, local source. And if you don’t need that level of reporting and documentation, it means that you can count on Precision to comply with your procedures, standards, and performance.

All of our technicians have earned Certified Weighing Technician status from the International Society of Weighing and Measurement. It means they’ve had a ton of experience, and that they know Handbook 44 (the bible of weighing and measurement) backwards and forwards. They’ve also gone through rigorous factory training, as well. Here at Precision, we have more Certified Weighing Technicians and Certified Weighing Salespersons than anyone else in the country.
